Energy of the Heart

Everything about your life comes from the energy of your heart. Everyone is going to have experiences meant to “break your heart”—not in half, but wide open. No matter how your heart is broken, your choice is always the same: What will I do with my pain? Will I use it as an excuse to give fear more authority over me, or can I release the authority of the physical world (of fear) over me through an act of forgiveness? This question is going to be asked of you again and again in your life, until the answer becomes your own liberation.
